We’ve got two shipping options, depending on how fast you want your delivery and how much you’d like to spend:
- Express Delivery is the quicker choice – usually just a few business days – and includes full tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way. Great if you’re in a hurry or like knowing exactly where your order is.
- Regular Delivery takes around 2 to 3 weeks. It doesn’t include tracking, but it’s a solid, budget-friendly option if time isn’t a big factor.
Shipping times can shift a little based on your country, local postal service speed, customs checks, or holidays. As soon as your package is on the way, we’ll send an update with your estimated delivery window, tailored to your region and the shipping method you picked.
We pack every order carefully and send it out in plain, secure packaging – no logos, no mention of medication, nothing that gives anything away. Your privacy stays protected from the moment it leaves us.
Everything you see on our site is in stock and ready to ship. We usually send orders within 24 hours – 48 at the latest. Weekend orders head out first thing Monday.
If it’s been over 10 business days with Express, or more than 3 weeks with Regular, let us know. Our team will jump in and sort things out quickly.
